The certification covers skills such as: Installing OVM 3.0 Server and OVM 3.0 Manager components, Discovering OVM Servers, Configuring network and storage repository, Creating server pools, Managing templates and Guest VMs, Demonstrating OVM 3.0 service automation capabilities such as DRS, DPM and Guest VM HA Auto Restart. The exam targets the intermediate-level implementation team member. Up-to-date training and field experience are highly recommended.
This certification is available to all candidates but is geared toward members of the Oracle Partner Network who are focused on selling and implementing Oracle VM technology and support. OPN Members earning this certification will be recognized as OPN Certified Implementation Specialists, which helps their companies qualify for the Oracle VM 3.0 Specialization.
