We are seeking a skilled Research Drafter to join our dynamic team in the Technical Services and Product Development department. As a Research Drafter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our innovation initiatives by translating conceptual designs and ideas into detailed technical drawings and documentation. You'll work closely with our Purchasing Team, Machine Shop, Traffic Team, and other departments to ensure our products are ready for manufacture. What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Drafting Software:Utilize your expertise with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs. Your ability to create high-quality engineering drawings and interpret detailed product specifications, including welding notations and machine marks, will be highly valued.
  • Mathematical Skills:Apply your solid understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and basic math to solve problems accurately, ensuring the precision of our technical drawings.
  • Attention to Detail:Precision is key. You'll meticulously check dimensions, annotations, and specifications to ensure our drawings meet the highest industry standards.
  • Computer Literacy:Your proficiency with various operating systems and drafting software will enable you to manage files effectively and communicate seamlessly with team members.
