  • Serve students in the Spears School of Business by providing quality academic advising experiences that support personal, professional, and academic goals, major selection, and course selection.
  • Maintain ongoing focus on student success, retention, persistence, and graduation for advisees.
  • Demonstrate initiative and provide proactive outreach by contacting advisees regarding academic difficulties, attendance, missed enrollment dates, scholarship opportunities, major choice, etc.
  • Assist with special projects such as Orientation and Enrollment, Cowboy Welcome, special academic programs, commencement, etc.
