Job Opening: Program Services Case Manager

Office location: Highland County Ohio Means Jobs (1575 N. High Street, Hillsboro, OH) Pay Range: $18.50-$20.50/ hour (based on experience) Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services and/or experience working as a case manager for a minimum of two years.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office products.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to GESMV's liability insurance provider.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Additional Skills and Abilities:

• Customer service oriented with a pleasant disposition.
• Ability to assist youth (ages 18-24) to remove barriers to employment and/or education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated through case noting and professional communications.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide participants with training, job-readiness, and social skills.
• Develop relationships with community resources and referral sources to better serve the youth in need.
