1st Shift: 6am to 4pm

2nd Shift 4pm to 2am

Responsibilities:

• Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts to align with production schedules and commitments.

• Reviews master production schedule to identify potential and actual shortages, promptly notifying relevant authorities of impending issues.

• Generates progress reports on schedule status and maintains detailed records of completed orders.

• Takes proactive measures to expedite materials, including ordering damaged material repairs or arranging in-house transportation.

• Provides timely reports on completion dates, material substitutions, shortages, and any schedule modifications.

Qualifications:

• Organized with strong communication skills.

• Proficient in reviewing production schedules.

• Detail-oriented with record-keeping abilities.

• Proactive in expediting materials.

• Effective in reporting schedule changes and shortages.
