This is a direct hire role that provides relocation assistance for non-local candidates.

responsibilities:

• Mechanical design and development of new products, including research and integration of new and existing technologies.

• Collaborate on the concept, design, prototyping and testing of new products and be involved with their introduction to the production process.

• Optimize mechanical design of new products based on competing demands of performance, size, weight, cost and time

• Apply mechanical experience and knowledge of parts such as extrusions, sheet metal, machining,molding, electrical systems, etc.

• Research new technologies, materials, processes or methods to incorporate into new designs

• Develop 3D, assembly and product designs in SolidWorks, including 2D drawings and documentation

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 7 years of experience
