We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator to join our growing team at Manpower. Our mission is to delivery exceptional talent solutions to support our clients success through a strategic approach. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others, assisting with Human Resource tasks, has attention to detail and is looking for a role that is different every day. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with 40 hours per week!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing top talent

  • Achieve performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative and remaining agile in this fast-paced industry

  • Monitor attendance and performance, coaching associates to resolve problems and recognize good performance

  • Engage current talent during training to upgrade their skills for their assignments

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client facing role or customer service role

  • Must be Bilingual

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with clients and associates

  • High School diploma or GED
