Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrician to join our team. As a Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties.   • Install, maintain, repair and upgrade electrical systems and electrical wiring in residential properties.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and establish the most efficient and effective solutions for repair.

  • Adhere to National Electric Code (NEC) regulations, state and local building codes

  • Install and maintain lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical devices and equipment.

  • Estimate time and materials required for electrical work and create project timelines.

  • Communicate with clients and account managers in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Electrical License required

  • General Liability Preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Residential Electrician

  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
