Park Inc is looking for apart-time outgoing customer focused Parking Ambassadorto work at our client locations in Charlotte, NC! This is a part-time position working mainlyevenings and weekends.

WHAT DO PARKING AMBASSADORS DO?

  • Assist in the daily operation of assigned parking facilities
  • Assist customers in the use of automated revenue control equipment including payment apps and pay stations
  • Review payments, monthly hang tags, and improper parking to issue violations as necessary
  • Regularly monitor the performance of the pay station, address malfunctions directly or where necessary through an authorization request to Area Manager for a manufacturer service call
  • Remove all cash from pay station at least every other day and turn into corporate office
  • Regularly inspect all signage on lot premises, report deficiencies to Area Manager and repair/replace as authorized by Area Manager
  • Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues
  • Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations
  • Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines
  • Reports all accidents and incidents to supervisor immediately
  • Maintain integrity and appearance of lots, including regular grass and weed cutting, trash pickup and removal
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

  • Must be tech savvy (will be using handheld digital devices)
  • Dynamic and personable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be professional but firm (may have to boot or have cars towed)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.01 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
