We are hiring ambitious and motivated Call Center Team Leads to work on our team focusing on premier HR/Health contact centers. salary: $19 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 6 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Coaching and Managing Contact Center Agents
Administrative Duties
Payrolling
Attendance, Behavioral and Performance Management
Act as SME and provide assistance as needed
Other duties as assigned by your leader
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
