Job Opening: Drafter/Designer

Produce detailed drawings and plans for miscellaneous steel components such as stairs, handrails, ladders, and other non-standard structural elements. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to interpret design specifications and ensure accuracy in the detail process. Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Tekla Structures to create precise 2D and 3D models of steel structures. Reviewing and checking drawings for compliance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address questions, revisions, and other project-related matters. Contribute to continuous improvement of detailing processes and standards within the organization.
