License: Real Estate Associate Instructor

Real Estate Associate Instructor is a person who teaches real estate courses that satisfy the education requirements for obtaining and maintaining an Arkansas real estate license. The Associate Instructor must be under the supervision of an Administrator or Principal Instructor. Requirements: 1. Must be at least 21 years old. 2. Completion of not less than a high school diploma or GED. 3. Has successfully completed real estate education requirements for courses to be taught 4. Has in real estate five years of work experience within the immediately preceding six years. 5 Hold and maintain a current active Arkansas Real Estate Broker License. 6. Has no record of unprofessional conduct. 7. Shows evidence of a reputation of honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity sufficient to safeguard the interest of the public. Fees: Application fee: $200.00, Annual license fee: $100.00
