Fees: Application: $148 Examination: $196 License: $272 biennially Examination Frequency: 3 times yearly. Exam Locations: Sacramento, Los Angeles. Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree including at least 30 semester units of approved basic science courses and up to 18 months full-time experience that includes on-the-job training. Average Time to Process Application: 4 weeks. Renewal Period: Biennially (every other year). Special License Requirements: N/A
