License: Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (LAMFT)

Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (LAMFT) in the State of Idaho must be licensed by The Idaho State Licensing Board of Professional Counselors and Marriage & Family Therapists. Requirements for licensure include: 1) Graduating with a degree in marriage and family therapy; 2) 1 year practicum to include 300 client hours; 3) Passing a written examination. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
