License: Occupational Therapists

Occupational Therapists must be licensed to practice in the State of Idaho. Applicants for licensure must: 1.) Graduate from an approved occupational therapy program; 2.) Complete six months of supervised fieldwork; 3.) Pass a qualifying examination; 4.) Be certified by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board. Term: Licenses are renewed annually.
