Well Drillers must be licensed by the Idaho Department of Water Resources. To be licensed, applicants must: 1.) Submit an application with required documents and fees; 2.) Document at least 24 months of drilling experience, 12 of which must have occurred within the last 5 years; 2.) Submit three references; 3.) Pass an exam.
