License: Nurses's Assistant, Certified (CNA)

Applicants must work at least 8 hours in approved settings: nursing home, hospital, hospice, home health, personal care attendant (PCA), assisted living, rehabilitation or intensive care (ICF) or developmentally disabled (DD) facility.
