To receive an Endodontics License from the State of Michigan, an applicant must hold a current Michigan Dentist license, graduate from a CODA/ADA accredited dental specialty program, and pass the appropriate American Board written examination OR hold Diplomate status. Once these requirements have been met, an applicant must submit the Dental Specialty license application along with the appropriate fee ($47.70).
