To receive a Pharmacy Technician license in the State of Michigan, an applicant must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent and pass the certified pharmacy technician exam. Additionally, an applicant must submit the Pharmacy Technician License application along with the $55.55 licensing fee to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. Finally, a fingerprint report and criminal background check must be completed.
