License: Inspector, Building

To receive a Building Inspector License in the State of Michigan, an applicant must have four years of experience actively engaged in the construction business, must possess a license as an architect or engineer with the State of Michigan, and must have either an Associates or Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field. Upon meeting these requirements, an applicant must submit a license application along with the appropriate application fee ($25.00 per classification).
