License: Electrician, Master

To receive a Master Electrician License, an applicant must be at least 22 years old, have held an Electrical Journeyman's license for at least 2 years, and have had at least 12,000 hours of practical experience over a period of at least 6 years that is related to electrical construction, maintenance of buildings, electrical wiring, or equipment. This experience must be under the direct supervision of a Master Electrician. Additionally, the applicant must take and pass the Master Electrician examination and submit the $50.00 license fee.
