Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board (EMSRB) <div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Review <a href="https://mn.gov/emsrb/licensing/ems-personnel.jsp">EMS Personnel</a></strong></p> <p>To be eligible for certification by the Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board (EMSRB) as an EMT, AEMT or Paramedic an individual must:</p> <p>Successfully complete the U.S. Department of Transportation course or its equivalent as approved by the Board, specific to the EMT, AEMT or Paramedic classification; pass the written and practical examinations, approved by the Board and administered by the Board or its designee, specific to the EMT, AEMT or Paramedic classification.</p> <p>Initial and refresher exams and/or continuing education requirements.</p> <p>Refer also to <a href="https://www.nremt.org/">National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)</a></p> </div> None
