JOB DESCRIPTION: An individual who has been certified by OSBELTCA as having met the minimum qualifications established by the Board to be able to serve as a full time, CAA in a licensed long term care nursing facility, and who acts under the direction, supervision and license of a licensed nursing home administrator. Note: Certification (works under National Healthcareer Association)
