License: Certified General Appraiser

An individual who meets the certification requirements of Act 98 of 1990 and Chapter 36 of Title 49, pertaining to the appraisal of residential and nonresidential real property utilized in connection with federally and non-federally related transactions, and who holds a current, valid certificate issued from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
