Individuals must have a physican assistant degree from a program accredited by the Accreditation Review Committee on Education for the Physician Assistant or the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation, successful completion of the national examination given by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. The individual must be of good moral character. Individuals must submit the required application and pay the required fee.
