Major requirements for new license: legal residency in the united states, passing scores in the National Council of Architectural Registration Board /Architects Registration Examination (NCAEB/ARE) or the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Board /Landscape Architects Registration Examination (CLARB/LARE), NCARB certificate stating its satisfaction of meeting minimum professional experience necessary for a license, training certificate and active membership issued by the Professional Association of Architects and Landscape Architects of Puerto Rico (CAAPPR), have no outstanding child support debt, no criminal record, payment of $175
